Dr. Friedman offers two different qigong certification programs at two Bay Area Chinese medicine schools. Her InnerMedicine Program is an opportunity for healers to help heal themselves.

• ACTCM Yangsheng Center for Qigong: Certifications offered in self-cultivation, medical qigong, and as a medical qigong teacher. This program's focus is on medical qigong exercises.

• AIMC Medical Qigong Therapy Program: Certification offered in medical qigong hands-on-healing therapy. This program's focus is on healing others with medical qigong energy work.

• InnerMedicine Program: This groundbreaking 90 day self-healing program is offered  throughout the year. Designed to deepen your spiritual practice and insight while providing powerful tools for a lasting self-healing practice.
